How's your dolphin species knowledge? I noticed when I came up from NSW to QLD that the dolphins I see up here are quite a lot smaller. Still a big fish (okay, yeah, yeah, I know, mammal) but not the slightly scary size of the ones you see further south like the ones in your picture.

Yeah, there's been way too much of that in this neck of the woods recently. I probably won't worry too much about species if i see a shark near the line-up.

These ones were the local pod of Pacific Bottlenose dolphins!

They surf socially like Japanese and Taiwanese surfers,the more the merrier and as close together as possible.
Who knows what mayhem is happening under the water.
