Windguru is great, but it's a bit of a technical one if you don't understand surf forecasts. Maybe try a simpler one to start?
You should have two panels on your windguru forecast (what you see depends on your preferences and cookies). The top one is simpler, while you seem to be looking at the bottom one?
The readings you've put there are the wave size (in metres) and the period (seconds), which is a measure of how powerful the wave is. The other readings are the different swells that are in the water that make up the wave.
Step back a bit... look at the panel that shows...
wave size (m), period (s), wave direction, windspeed, wind direction.
That gives you all the info you need for your forecast:
how big the wave is, how powerful it is, whether it will get into your break, how strong the wind is, and whether its onshore/offshore.
You'll probably find me surfing, but if not, I'll probably be in the photography studio
