My mate and I are working on a hobby project that we’d love your feedback on.
It’s a new type of surf-forecasting tool called SurfScout that’s personalised to your location, experience and quiver. You can find it here - http://www.surfscout.co
We’ve got a bunch of people on it at the moment and they seem to love it so thought we’d open it up to see how other people like it.
It’s real simple - you give us a little info about you then once a night, we send you an email with the best time and place for you to surf tomorrow. That’s it.
If you can’t make that time and place we give you a couple of other options for throughout the day along with a SurfScout score to tell you how good it will be.
At the moment we’re only scouting beaches in Sydney Australia so if you're here would love your feedback. If you're not here but know someone from Sydney we'd be stoked if you could share it with them to see what they think.
BTW - we'll do more places if the demand is there (if you want us to add your location just fill in the form and put your location in the “other” field) just figure it's best to start with what we know.
