Online surf contests

Postby oldmansurfer » Wed Apr 16, 2014 1:13 am

I decided to make a single thread for posting links to online surf contests. The first will be Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach
http://www.aspworldtour.com/events/2014/wct/656/rip-curl-womens-pro-bells-beach/live
It is starting with the womens pro event in a few minutes
So what is worse.... dying or regretting it for the rest of my life? Obviously I chose not regretting it.

A bit late, but I just found out that my buddy, Abdel El Harim, finished fifth in the Quiksilver Maider Arosteguy 2014. So well done to him!

That's cool CARBr6. I have met a few pro surfers but none that I could call my buddy. Those darn Aussies had the fix on :) but not on the women's side of the event

I met him when I was learning to surf in Morocco, he is good friends with my surf instructor and was starting up his own surf having just lost his sponsor. So we spent the day with him looking around at the premises he was renovating and such like. Really nice guy.
It's nice to see him back on the competitive scene
