70's movie Sunset beach & cowgirl in the sand

Anyone remember a movie from the 70's with a sequence of Barry K at Sunset beach and Neil Young's "Cowgirl in the sand"? I thought it was Sea Dreams. I also remember the opening seen "Join Rory Russell in Sea Dreams" as a board cam takes you into a tube, right?

I've also been trying to find the movie which has Neil Young's Cowgirl in the Sand - I was sure it was Five Summer's Story but it's not. It might be Salt Water Wine, which I can't find except on a UK web site, surfingvideos.co.uk. Don't know if this helps but thought I'd try.
