These are exactly my plans, but on top of that I am planning to give up smoking and even relocate to the west coast of England.

I found out not so long ago after 12+ months of aching and pain in my hips and lower back that my spine is degenerating, Surfing has helped to strengthen everything up, pratically eliminate pain (as long as I surf atleast every other day to keep 'loose'), So I feel I have a valid medical reason to relocate to some surf...even if it is freezing cold.

Enjoy surfing bro and keep the stoke :D

Hi Peaz

Hang in there and keep at it... Give up the smokes, it's very bad for us

Best regards

Ross

Hey Peazz,

I quit about 5 or 6 years ago now. If your head is in the right place then you will find it pretty easy. But you've gotta be ready to stop and you do need will power. Keep strong and you'll make it.
Think of the extra amount of time you'll be able to spend in the water cos you won't get out of breath so easily!
