Glasses in the water?

Postby kree8or » Sat Jun 29, 2013 5:50 pm

Hey,
I've just started seeing a new girlfriend and she really wants to surf with me. The only thing that's stopping her is that she wears glasses, can't see a thing without them and hates wearing contact lenses. Obviously I want to foster her interest in surfing so I can avoid the usual "You're doing what this weekend?" conversation, so I wondered if anyone had any advice?

The straps behind the head work well for small days

Also, tie the strap to the wetsuit chord, in case they fall off

Hi creator,
For many years i've used Silverfish sunglasses with prescription lenses. They drain well and benefit from application of anti-fog solution. An important aspect of water sport glasses is they have a non- elastic strap around the head. In contrast, an elastic stap will allow the glasses to come off in wipe out.
