Hello All,

After 2 days at NAB, Matt (camera operator) and I decided to head down to California and try and film some surfing. We only had one day to get what we could before we had to head back to Colorado. Needless to say it was a beautiful day and the only thing that could of made it better was the waves being bigger or our car not getting broken into wile we were eating lunch and reviewing the surfing footage (Laptops, cameras and hard drives gone

Hope you enjoy the video

That is really well done. Amazing variety of boards being used as well (and one poor guy with the worst paddling technique I've ever seen...). But, yeah, the music does sound a bit like random copyright free mix from youtube...

How much wind is too much for the drone?

Hello DTC,

Thank you, the music is from afrojack "Rock the House". I grewup in so cal listening to eazyE on my way to paddle out and most of my friends listened to greenday and blink 182. Im not sure whats bing played within the surf realm these days since ive been Colorado for so long but I can tell you all about the snowboarding world :D

B'stards, i am guessing the kit is quite expensive? Very impressive footage, broadcast quality. Is this your aim? Can you show us a photo of the drone you use please and i'm guessing you have a live feed for the camera operator to see his subjects, what sort of range do you get for this?
I agree though music is dire the only stuff i've heard that is worse was on this video
