FLORIDA: Post Canaveral Pump Station

Florida surfers, I don't know if you've heard. But, there's a vote on the pump station in Port Canaveral coming up. Currently cruise ships are entitled to dump their "treated" waste into the ocean off the coasts of Florida. Port Canaveral is considering installing a pump station to halt this pollution. Some are against the pump stations because of the costs.
