I've resurrected this from shoredump because I think it's something that might be of use. I took a look at the website and there's a video on there that details the wedge:



It's not really the relief of neck ache I'm interested in, it's that it might help with aching ribs (something that I suffer with while surfing). Unlike the neck ache, the rib ache is not something that can be elimenated through targetted exercise. I'm interested if anyone has used this product or similar for ribs.
