Hey guys,

So ive been looking all over the net for my first own surfboard. First there was the dicision of Epoxy or Poly, i went for a Epoxy for a number of reasons.

Anyways i think i might found a great second hand board from the brand 7S. Now im looking all over the internet to see if they are anygood. Many say there are a lot of fake chinese pop out seven surfboards so im not sure if mine is worth the buy. Is there anyway to tell im buying a genuine one? Image

The guy does give a lot of details about the board. 2 x 4oz deck en 1 x 4oz bottom.

Here is the url to the board. http://watersport.marktplaats.nl/surfen ... board.html

I would like to have some suggestions about this board. Or if you guys dont suggest me buying this for what brands i should be looking.

Thanks,

Yke

Don't get excited and impatient, it often takes more than 30 minutes to get a reply.
7S boards are made by Global Surf Industries, yes they are made in Asia, IMO they are one of the better Asian made boards, go check out the Global Surf Industries website look at the construction as they have several types of epoxy construction and satisfy yourself.
The shapes are great , the shaper Gary Loveridge used to make my board when I was on the Central coast of NSW.

Lol, Youre great Jafa. Ive seen another post were you helped someone out good, props to you buddy!

Im probably buying a Rusty Piranha Fish shaped by Mick Button. The internet says Rusty is one of the leading surfboard manufactures so that should be good. Its Poly and 7 years old. Its only been surfed 1 summer because the guy said is was to small for him. I think im on a bargain here!

Any thoughts about Rusty Piranha Fishes, are they good for someone who surfed a Mini mal 7.2 for quite some while and wants to get a step further?
