Surfing Lingo

Postby lingotees » Mon Apr 23, 2012 11:48 pm

Hey everyone! My name is Kyle Bates and I own Lingotees. I want to do a t-shirt that incorporates the lingo of Surfing into a t-shirt. I'd really appreciate it if you gave your feedback on this forum to help design a shirt. The most important part of the shirt is the LINGO. What lingo term used in hiking would be the best to put on a t-shirt that will give the user the ability to express their passion for surfing? If you'd like to submit an idea to the website that will get voted on, All ideas are welcome. Have fun!

Amazing you want to use my intellectual property, ( my ideas) to make money, and all I'll get is a lousy vote.
No wonder young surfers feel ripped off !

Don't be a cheapskate , pay a designer and take your chances.
I've taken up troll hunting just for fun, instead of a rifle I'll just use a pun! 冲浪爷爷

This is the surfing lingo I hear out in the line-up:

Christ, I thought it'd be better than this.

I'm on the wrong board.

Wish I'd put sunscreen on.

Oops.

Wish I had a better wettie.

Bugger, missed.

Anyone seen a wave?

What was that big fish?

How did he do that? I can't do that.

Wish I hadn't drank so much last night.

Out of the goodness of my heart and my philanthropic ways, I'll let you put any of those on a t-shirt.
