1. Magnet Bay (NZ) - I love the drive to get there over the hill, really enjoyed the wave when surfing there. Happy memories.
2. Cromer (UK) - Where I learned to surf. Great bunch of locals, the most fun sessions. (crappy waves though)
3. Wilkes Passage / Namotu lefts (Fiji). Only surfed once, was in Fiji for friends wedding. Your classic warm clear water & live coral racing by underfoot.
4. Fistral (UK). There's always been surf whenever I've gone, and it's on the list as its where I first stood up on a board.
5. Boscombe Reef.

hmmm...
no entries for breaks in California, Hawaii, or Australia.
I detect bias.

I've not surfed waves in California or Hawaii, so they don't make my list. I have surfed on the East and West Coast of Australia, but the waves there are all decidedly average
Feel free to post your Cali favorites Billie

Boscombe reef and Australia's average waves, I should stop now
How about your top 5 Jaffa, I bet you've surfed some quality spots in your surfing career.

right here we go with my top 10!
1. Three Cliff Bay, South Wales - For being the spot me and my buddy would drop everything whenever it is working. fast and hollow on the right tide and swell.
2. Polzeath, Cornwall - Where i learned to surf and destination for family holidays. Ive surfed it at all kinds of sizes up to double overhead and always had fun.
3. La Lette Blanche, France - scene of my first surf holiday. equal quality to horsegor and other Famous Landes spots but few crowds.
4.Pantin, Spain - huge grinding rights which left a large impression on me on an epic holiday.
5. Rhossili, South Wales - not the greatest wave in the world but so many fun sessions here with mates I can't begin to count. plus Worms Head sunset.
6. Oxwich Bay, South Wales - Works once in a blue moon but heavy beach break barrels when it does.
7. Runswick Bay, Cleveland - 1st reef break I ever surfed. Lovely right hander with friendly locals.
8. Cayton Point, - Scarborough - for giving me the most terrifying suring experience ever, heavy heaving barrels.
9. Playa Christina, Spain - for making a miserable rainy sunday on holiday epic by providing awesome clean steep waves.
10. Boilers, South Wales - Just making the cut solely for being a quality left hand reef break.
There we go, took a bit of thought that.

Hawaii had a nice surf when I was there, though it was before I got into surfing. Kill Devil Hills in North Carolina is favourite spot.
