Wavegarden in Bristol, UK (petition below)

Just one for the UK guys to look out for. planning permission still required.

Bournemouth council should have built one of these instead of the reef, and the IMAX cinema!!!

once open, could be a good site for a meet up... guaranteed waves and quite central!!

Hey Guys,

I don't know if you have heard but there is potentially going to be the first wavegarden built in my city which is Bristol.

But at the end of last year the Wavegarden planned to be built in Bristol looked like it was in jeopardy.

Question is, do you think the Wavegarden is a good thing?

I for one think it would be great to have waves so close to home but i do agree that it could bring about potential commercialisation of the scenic landscape if not handled carefully.
