A 9 year old surfboard wont, as a rule, be worth a great deal unless its something special, but the condition is more important than the age.
If its showing its age, then its not worth a lot - a couple of hundred dollars (where are you?!?) at most, but if its mint then maybe US$400-600.

Look for signs of delamination, dings, yellowing and general all-round batteredness.
We could only give you an accurate guess of value with some details pics and a location.
