Surfing tips and stories
Posted: Wed Apr 20, 2011 10:22 amI am compiling a book on surfing and would love to hear from people with unusual or funny stories or tips related to surfing - any contributions would be greatly appreciated
Several tips, mr. Chip:
1. You'd get more attention if you include a photo of yourself (assumming you are a young lassie)
2. You'd generate a more positive attention if you:
A) provided info about yourself (think "brief bio," including identifying writing works),
B) didn't simply arrive on-scene with a handful of gimme's. (What do those that contribute receive? What will you do with this book? How will you do it?
3. Remove the mystery about yourself. Forum readers don' t know if you are 16 or 60, whether you live in Alabama or Moscow, whether you can surf or not, whether you are just another student/designer/marketer
Personally, i think you're a student looking for someone to do their homework for them
