Best wetsuit hood?

Hi all,

I am surfing in english waters so is bloody cold!and need to buy a hood could anyone please tell me which is the best one to buy and best value for money.many thanks :)

Hey

I also surf in cold water (the Netherlands)
If I were you i would look for a second layer: ProLimit Chillvest Hooded which is excellent!!
Or you need to buy a thick wetsuit with the hood already on.
What you also could do is go to some surfshops and ask them if they know anything for you..!!

The O'Neill 3mm Coldwater hood with a drawstring is an excellent surf hood to keep your head and ears warm. I also agree with the other advice given, A cold water wetsuit with an attached hood is a good way to go. Xcel's 5/4/3 Infiniti X-Zip 2 is a great cold water wetsuit with an attached hood. Good luck!
