Surfing Waves

Hey everyone,

I have the great opportunity to study abroad for a year. but I have a hard time to decide where I would like to go.
what matters to me the most is a university close to consistant, not so crowded surf.
I already spent a year in Central America and therefore I speak spanish, so I'm thinking about going to Central or South America.
If you already have some experiences studying there or some suggestion, where I could go, that would be more than appreciated!
But any good advice about universities worldwide would be good.

wave quality
university level
living costs
weather and water temp
specifics about living there
