How many people on here are from Texas?? & how far to u drive / where do ya'll surf at???
Plus where is a real good place for a beginner to surf at???

There is a website that identifies many surfing locations throughout the world. You can use the link below to learn a lot about the 27 surf breaks they have summarized for Texas. It looks like they show 6 locations near and in Galveston.

Stoke is just your.. drive. Ambition. Its your excitement. Passion. It's like the phrase to "stoke up the fire" is to put coals or paper or gas or something that gets the fire building. Your stoke is like your fuel, passion, etc.. It's your stoke! hah. You'r stoked up on surfing. Keep it going!
