Surfing Waves

Hello
I am a 3rd year Sports Science student at the University of Swansea and am a keen surfer. For my dissertation I am studying the effect that differant cravings have on participation levels in surfing and need regular surfers to complete my questionnaire. I would be greatfull if you could take 5 minutes to complete it, simply copy the link below which will take you to my questionnaire. Please note that this questionnaire consists of 32 questions, and in order to measure cravings the questionnaire is fairly repetative but please try it, any feedback is welcome.
