6 packs

after answering a previous thread, my 6 pack was brought to my attention. i always used to have the washboard stomach, friends have commented on its recent wobble factor, i feel i must explain, i have (as i approach 50) decided to protect my 6 pack (which is still there) with a soft substance which my body (very cleverly) makes all by itself, this protects said 6 pack and keeps it warm. HONEST

I had a six pack just from surfing and stuff - made it shwing with a bit of exercise to help surfing - each one pack the size of my fist in the beach pics - now a few years on (ahem!) I reckon I'm gonna get it back so I can churn some moves in the big stuff.

I might disgust you all with a now and after series of pics, but having said that I don’t want to get banned for scarring off any visitors to the site !
