how do you do that? do you apply the brakes and just lean into it? i try it and i mostly fail. do you push with your feet? or do you let the waves just push you?

I cant even surf the face of the wave yet... But that video makes me wanna get out and surf some more

I think more importantly, at which point in the wave you attempt to turn it.
