Surf Art

Hello,

I'd like to know what spray or something I should use to seal the paint on my surfboard.
I use POSCA pens.

Ok thanks.

But is it a special Clear Coat Stuff or anything will be fine? Like for the ones you use on painting canvas once you're done...to make it look kind of glossy and to protect it?

I use Krylon UV-Resistant Clear in Matte finish, but I believe there is a Gloss version.

Here's my board as an example; the paint/sharpie has not degraded at all and I'm in the water almost every day.

I agree with Rudyland, Krylon seems to be the best. I used a non-name brand acrylic clear coat and it didn't work as well. I also noticed it is best to make sure your board is cold when putting the initial wax on. Waxing in the hot sun makes the top layers of paint bleed into the wax.
