Food into the Line up?

Postby Beachbum » Tue Jul 21, 2009 11:06 pm

I was wondering if it was possible to bring some sort of snack out into the line up? Like an apple or something, which I can eat, and carry it in my mouth if a sneaky set comes out of no where. Just a random idea that popped into my head today.

my bro is hypoglycemic, he tucks a power bar down his chest right bellow the neck line. I asked him what brand he likes, he says the smallest package he can find. The wrapping keeps it dry.

One of my mates caught a fish on his board the other day. You could have sushi.

i went through a phase of stuffing a small chocolate bicuit bar up my wetsuit sleeve. it was ok but invariably a sneaker set would turn up as soon as i started to eat it.

I keep a banana down the inside leg of my wetsuit, sometimes a cucumber.

I'm never hungry in the lineup, my trouble is I get really thirsty. I haven't tried this because I think I'd look like a complete goon, but I thought of wearing a camelback on my back so I can take a sip of gatorade or something whenever I wanted.

I also get thirsty, but not hungry. Sometimes after a session I am a little dehydrated. A Camelback might be a good idea, but you might lose it or something, lol.
