Holy cow ! £50k !
I'm hoping to sell my house for loads (bought very early in life !) and downsize and be happy ever after - if this was in a few years time I'd bid on it and you could all have stayed in my underground beach house and surfed in my front garden !

Well if the worst comes to the worst, you can surf it below the low water mark .

you can own the beach? in hawaii and i thinl all US everything below the high water mark is public. it just sucks when sometimes they have walls that extend out to the ocean
