Feel like one the crew in Muppets Treasure Island when they hit the Doldrums.
If I don't get out on a wave soon I'm gonna crack up.
Anyone else affected?

ahhh just got a full weekend of it. 5 surfs on saturday and sunday combined, lovely. tbh i was dying up until the weekend as we had a 2 week flat spell

was until yesterday too. full week of flat gower then another week of flat east coast. i cant stand not surfing

Currently got solid overhead, but very messy. Forecast to build through to a 12ft+ in the next 24 hours
Winds are howling though. Thursday / Friday is predicted to be surfable - but not by me, I'll leave it for the heroes and tow-in teams.

Last week 26+ degree water, 3-4ft solid swell day in day out & point breaks everywhere.
This week 14 degree water lake placid crap beachies.
Whats worse is I almost brought back a new longboard and didnt, so should have!

waves sucked for a long time but today we got some size and the forecasts are calling for even more size

Just to make matters worse.
Looks like there will be something around at the weekend for a kook like me BUT I cannot go anywhere this weekend due to VW show I am involved with.

Yeah totally.... I havent been able to surf properly for nearly 2 years now, ive had the odd session now and there but as im not able to drive i cant get to any beaches with surf able conditions!
AND ive just bought a new board which im hoping to try out a.s.a.p.
.... It is painful times but birthday in august so i will be learning to drive and passing... Fingers crossed!!
