I got me a SUP

hahaha

warnings went red as I hit the line up at mondos today. 1-2 light crowd.....big awkward kook trying a new sport.

What I thought would happen: Easy, catch mass waves, no falls.
What happened: Mass jerky movement to steady my kook self...fell off about 5 times just standing there...

I did manage to catch 5 waves and get some long rides. What a workout.
Damn that board is like an airplane wing. Turning around for a wave is event...I must plan way ahead!

We got our Chris Guts Griffiths and a couple of Euro dudes in our waters by me - they make it look worth a shot !

AH HA HA HA HA !!!!!! So I should get up to Ventura to see the flounder show. Just look for the kook on a SUP fluttering in the drink falling off for no reason. This should be hours of enjoyment.

Hey Parry did ta ever remake the log you exploded the nose on?? or did ya just give up on logs for the aircraft wing??
