its funny but everyone was paddling towards me instead of away from me. The camera doesnt really show how many people were out but i think there were about 17+ people out at the southside (ocean beach san diego) which is a lot for such a small surf zone as usually there are only a couple, 7-8 max on a good day. This was largely due to the surf reporters calling epic waves on a weekend with good weathera recipe for disaster

Still that was nothing compared to the morning session i had down the road with 30+guys per peak some even more crowded
