Not too shabby
Lead your turns with your shoulders (look where you want to go, turn towards it, even point your arm towards it). This will help with your turns, balance and weight distribution.

Looks like u r surfing!!! Keep on keepin on. You will only get better from here, the big part is catching em and u got that.
What size is your board...you might find it easier on a bigger board.
Keep the stoke

Hahaha I love that keeper too
I think I'm pretty much guilty of the same mistakes as you. I don't keep low when I need to (hence the funny stance in some of the photos) and as mentioned, I don't properly aim where I want to go. One thing that I found helpful surfing these small beach break closeouts we got in So Cal, launch at the sharpest angle possible. That way you can make the best use of the 2 second ride before it closes out haha.

hahah it's so true..

Sometimes, you're lucky to see the 2 second mark.

haha thanks. That was in Pismo Beach on Saturday morning (I was up in Central Coast CA this past weekend.. caught some Sat surf).. Im debating posting my own picture thread to get some comments..
They were actually decent sized waves (some of them).. keep in mind that I'm 6'4 but hunched over a little on that pic..
