Brazillian Surfer Wicked Tattoo

Hey,

I saw this picture of this Brazillian surfer in a magazine. He was pretty solid and he had the best tattoo. It covered his arm, half his back, some of his side and some of his neck. All I can remember is it had a tiger in it.

Can anybody tell me his name?
