does anyone else get sore feet from their tail pad? i got out of the water last week and noticed both my feet were sore from the tail pad. front foot from duckdiving and back foot from standing on it. its never happened before i just wondered if it happens to anyone else and what to do about it?

toughrn your feet up until you can walk on broken glass bottles and you will be fine

But seriously its probably nothing might just be your footsies were more sensative on that day. Not unless this is a recuring problem :?

I roll my back foot over onto the side of the side of my foot when I weight the front of my board. That makes it hurt a bit.

But never from a tail pad.

surfing never hurts my feet...except the occasional rock encounter.....running off my skate to avoid a crash does leave my feet throbbing in the night.....but I go back for more the next day...go figure

When I did marial arts we used to road run barefoot to harden up the souls of our feet. I'm not talking loads, just a couple of miles once a week.

my feet are normally tough enough to do things like that it was a bit weird when it happened.
