and what exactly is the purpose of this post?

Those of us local to the area (and most of this forums regulars) are all aware of the on going saga of boscombe reef.
It would help if you actually posted a question or subject for debate rather than a just a link or a thread promoting your own lock up buisness for surfboards

Is it actually going to be worth the trip once it's finally completed - I mean - do you actually get enough regular swell down there to even make it worth the effort??

Maybe if the conditions are right, but how often are the conditions right :roll: Be better off spending the money on health or education for the local area.

yep i agree just do not get all that many days of good swell only in winter really. i think it will work but only in the way of making the waves a nicer shape thats it but its going to be jamed all the time

Sorry, it has no hope of working, the Kiwi company behind it is pertty incompetent and havnt proved thye can build one yet.

even if it does work I wont be able to surf it, I have slagged off this development too many times.....im sure bad things will happen if I surf it :shock:

That area of bmth really needs long term investment, and if this does genuinely benefit the area by encouraging more investment from developers who pay local govt rates then I think its good. Boscombe was one of the last few places with affordable housing around here though - that will be a thing of the past Im sure :roll:
