Thinking of planning a min surf trip down to Pembrokeshire but want to go when I think it would be worth the 5 1/2 hour drive,
Does any one know if there are any sheltered spots around St brides bay / Fresh water west away from that dredid SW wind or would it prity much be the same conditions as North walse,
Am just contemplating the 5 hour drive any advise would be much appreciated
Chers

Yea plenty of sheltered spots. I couldn't name many of them but have been to them with my cousins as they live that way. some really good reefs down there too. when you planning on going?

I surfed at St Davids a few years back when I was a proper newbie (it was about my 3rd time out) and it seemed alright from memory

you'll have a good time down there, some cracking spots and very characteristic breaks.
ps Its Wales... have you not passed the boarder sign enough yet
