Anyone ever hear of a shaper named Rich Reed

I am thinking about buying one of this guy's boards used. Anyone have expeirence with this shaper? I beleive he's from socal but there's nothing on the net or this site. It's a 7'6" semi-gun. Thanks

Rich was a co-shaper and partner with David Puu(photographer) for Spindrift surfboards during the 80's, shaped under his own name in the early 90's and now is finishing boards for that one guy Al Merrick in Santa Barbara. So he definitely has the goods.
