Surfing Waves

Just back from an early one at Scabs boy what a strange day/surf.

Had relatives over from the States for Christmas and NY last night there last night here so drunk way too much and went to bed way too late to bode well for a surf.

Bed 1am alarm 5am after a couple of snoozes threw everything together and waited for my lift.

Checked S Bay first and the driver was happy enough so tghats where we ended. 2-3ft ok i thought hoped for a bit more.

Got board out no leashe oops. Good job it was S Bay. 2 and a half hours till fluid concept opens stuff it surf without leashe what a laugh. Never duck dived so well in my life. Had a few nice lil waves a few swims back in good fun.

Got out when shop opened begged for a loan of a leashe which they did, good on em, and surfed like a dick. think it was cos i was knackered by that stage.
Only four out till about ten weird.
Finally got out 11.40 ish by which time it was 1-2 with a very rare 3footer coming through.

Strange Day for me anyway.

New years eve was amazing here, too big for me so i didnt go out, but very beautiful. Been surf of varying quality (but always big) all week. Hows the new job going Mark?

Libby job has ended only temping over the Christmas period so back to the realms of the unemployed.

Me too, got an interview at Sainsburys on thursday though

Ha i hate sainsburys i wasn't good enough for there xmas temp jobs fortunately Virgin appreciated my abilities and hired me.
