I hate this winter!

Postby pkbum » Thu Jan 03, 2008 7:39 pm

Goddamn it, so cold to go surf right now. Last surf session I was shivelling like a chihuahua with no fur. Damn it, I can't wait for summer. But summer is a b1tch too! Bunch of crowds with black ball that doesn't allow much spot for surfers! Damn it, this winter feels like forever!
Sorry guys, just had to vent some emotional season anger. I guess I'll wait for spring....

I surfed naked in Antarctica, then swam across to Africa and walked the whole length of Africa wearing an Eskimo suit AND I insulted every native tribe along the way and told them their mothers were wolves AND I walked across hot coals without burning my feet AND I flew to the moon to get a hot dog AND my father is the country Lichtenstein.

Well I know it isn't anywhere near as cold as it is in the UK or CA, but it's been pretty flat and rainy so the water quality is pretty questionable right now. Hawai'i doesn't really feel like Hawai'i this winter, especially since the waves never really got consistent and big on the North Shore.

was that 2 years ago already? yeah, i remember the 40-something days of rain and the sewage dumped into the ala wai. i took a picture of the brown water that had made it's way to diamond head. i got sick after surfing back then. not sure if it was the run off in the aina haina area or the sewage/run off in the kualoa area since those were the two places i surfed before getting sick. i was paranoid about getting leptospirosis back then.

btw, is that you in thaya's pictures from her trip to hawaii? she had asked if i met you. i thought you were from the UK or mainland since you use the term "fleshin'" instead of "frickin'". lol. in kaimuki btw.
