Surfing Waves

Am so exsited av got to tell you all

I am counting the hours 8.00 pm to moz am jumping on plain and going to oz for Xmas,

Based in Brisban staying at my Aunties 5 bed room house with a pool, I cant wait, we have hired a 42 foot catermaran over xmas and we are sailing it round the barrier reef for a week.

New years eve pool party, going camping down the gold coast and 3 days in a beach house on Morton island.

More importantly I get to surf in a nice clear warm sea ye ha its going to be ace :lol:

Dont worry mate - 'cold' is relative. It was a very chilly 22degrees today :wink:

27 at the weekend... and the sea is pumping

Its true... you suddenly get A LOT of questions if they think you're getting on a plane 'and not interested in coming back'... :shock:

Head out to Sth Stadbroke Island for a wave!
Then head just South of Surfers Paradise and try out Kirra... If not to experience what was once described in Australian Surfing World as "a mechanical supertube" Just so you can say you have surfed there. Go to Burliegh as well.....
New Years in Queensland.... Done that a few times.
If you go to Tweed Heads, you get to celebrate NYE twice in one night! We have a 1 hour dateline that runs right thru the centre of town!
