All will be well tomorrow. If it Yorks coast which i presume if your from wigan it should start 3-5ft to start dropping later to 3ft. Very strong offshores might lend itself to higher tide breaks.

Wouldn't really bother Sunday will be totally blown out.

Be carefull too, two people died today only a hundred yards from harbour as the 20ft+ swells capsized their yacht.

I was out at lunchtime. Is what I was riding heading down your way then?

Lots n' lots of seaweed n' landweed, causing mucho drag on the leash n' mouthfuls of veg every time I duck dived.

Was alright though.

Getting giddy now and a little scared, looks like 12-18ft faces over next few days. Have i got the right boards in my quiver, do i find a bit of shelter?

A couple of the beaches last couple of days.

I haven't posted any of the reefs cos of sensitivity, proper 10ft on them. Beaches were holding proper 5-6ft.

did you get out there then and have yourself some fun :?:

the waves in the 1st photo look almost perfect :!: 8)

you could always take a few photos of the reefs and edit the images so it doesn't give it away..... (just a thought)

Names and pics are out there already, don't want to further the damage.

There were more SW pros on one of the reefs than locals by all accounts pushing them to the little brother.

Big wave reefs were too much for me Tues, we're talking 18ft faces, scored inner reef down the road. No pics of that either cos of the hike to get to it.

Sure there will be pics in the mags.
