Surfing Waves

i'm tryin to pick the best from what i can see is a bad bunch,but then again i'm not the most experienced surf forecaster.

i normal go to hells mouth but its lookin a bit blown out

east coast-well tbh i'm not sure.i've never surfed the east coast so advice on spots would be good to.(i'm into longboard stuff)

any help would be welcome.
i normally leave around 5.30am and it takes about 2.5 hours to hm,same to east coast.

weekends not looking great on the east coast might be something around but not too much, neither does it at porth porth neigwl look too good
