43°50'35.72"S / 172°44'23.16"E on g earth.

South side of Banks Peninsula.

Have some more scenic shots I'll dig out later.

I love Magnet Bay, it's probably the favorite place I have surfed. Good waves, secluded and never busy (at least a few years ago anyway)

The first time a mate and I went there teh waves were a nice 3-4 ft. As we walked down to the bay there were only a couple of surfers and as we got kitted up they got out of the water. They said they were off and for us to enjoy it. Had the place to ourselves from then on.

Managed to shred my foot on the way in on the boulders though :roll:

Love the place and look forward to seeing more pics.
