I'm heading to Hawaii to do some surfing.

I haven't had that much practice, but i can ride ok and am just planning on practicing whilst i'm out there

i'm 18/m, been travelling for the last couple of months in Bali, Aus and NZ

If anybody's out there at the same time and wants to go for a surf send me a message

cheers
James

:D i've just come back from Hawaii. You'll have a wicked time! I'm saving up to go back again soon. You gotta check out a bar called The Hideaway on the northern side of Waikiki, behind the 7/11 on the corner of McCully St. It's THE best place to hang out. Try surfing at diamond head too. nice waves.

oh i misread your dates, i read it as nov.-dec. during that timezone those are considered small by N.S. standards. thats the biggest ill surf.. east shore is supposed to be big today. messy im sure. i wasnt planning on going tomorrow though because the reports arnt always right. i might go if they say its big tmorrow morning, how are you getting up there?

i've worked my arse off for the last 2 years, my parents didn't give me a penny!

p.s. the north shore was shite today, should've stayed where i was!

if u hit up makapuu after 5 u can get some mean swells. i went yesterday and it was 6-10 faces. during the day kaiser is always a good choice, especially the past few days.

where are you staying and how are you getting around? look at the cameras on surfline before you drive out to country and the other guy is right --the surf reports usually lie. diamond head is a good bet if you're in town since there's lots of waves and the skill level is anywhere from beginner to pro.
