I think its about time I posted in this thread again

To the sea? 100 metres.

To the beach? 200 metres.

To the nearest break? 400 metres.

And, yes, I can hear the sea at night with the bedroom window open :D

once i finally get THERE it's a full on sprint, so sea, beach, ocean sunrise, waves, sand, still-stingy blob of jellyfish-ness, whatever...it all kind of blends together into a blurrrr. lol.

I live about 20 Seconds from the water if I am trying to walk there with a blind fold on. The brake is right out from my apartment. Only thing is I am boxed in by other buildings so I can't see the water from my place but on a good swell I can hear it.

I skateboard to the point in 5 minutes, but I must say, because of the hills I go faster than most cars (longboarding down a steep 2 km hill that is extreamly smooth can get fast, I have to wear my motocross gear, or else I'm dead, haha)

From my place it is exactly 1000ft til I reach the water. From my house to the beach, there are no buildings so all that is stopping me is a highway and some dunes.
