norfolksurferdude, forget being a doctor, you can't even spell. When i go to the doctor, I want someone who is dedicated to their profession, not some surfer dude. New Zealand and California both sound too cold for me, I do agree with you that it would have to be warm all year round.

Scratch up another for South Africa. You can surf almost the whole east coast.

Oh and if you become a doctor in the process, you will be treating mostly aids and gunshot patients.
