haha i like that brent. yeah here you must know japanese to work in the tourist industry, or you can wait tables or wash dishes. although here there are a few shitty museums but no good parks... well there are a few god trails through rainforest but no really good man made parks. here you cant even ride a bike without risking your life. the city suburbs dont have sidewalks so its hard to get out unless youre driving. a nice house will cost atleast half a million, unless you move to the things in the middle of the island, suburban people farms i call them. living there isnt an ideal place for a surfer. our homeless problem is big, just go to google and search hawaii homeless or honolulu homeless and ill bet my balls youll find plenty. a little while ago i read about how the hawaii labor pool is getting smaller since theyre all moving to the mainland for higher wages AND a lower cost of living. youd think with the high costs of living minimum wage would be higher..
the girls here arnt that great, but people think they are because they see the torists in waikiki wearing bikinis. those girls are tourists just like you, kids. theyre not local girls. traffic is bad, roads are bad, shools need money, our economy just sucks. whatever, ill be getting out soon.

i hate it when people say how cool it must be to live in "paradise", when all i can think of is moving somewhere else. and im not the only one, most people i know want to get out.
