Just got back from day trip to croyde. 3ft glassy clean with some bigger sets 4-5ft faces. Up to my usual tricks with quite a few suicidally late drops but this time making most of them. Surfed with phil and a few others. Good day's surfing, stoked.

As with most sessions, its always bettewr during. They where taken before it starts working propperly and after when the tide had pulled back way to far for the size to travel there propperly.
Such a good session.

Nice little sesh at Rest bay yesterday. I'm noticing improvements in my surfing which feels pretty cool.

I'm wearing my 3/2 with a normal rash vest, and that's fine at the moment, but pretty soon i'll need to invest in something for the winter. so i may have to put things on hold till january :?....then hit up the student loan.

Sunday at Cayton - 2ft, light cross-shore winds. Waves were a bit messy and frothy, but not much wind-chop whcih was nice! Best sesh I've had, and hadn't been in since the summer either. Loved it!! Also, was pleasantly surprised that I was still warm in a 3/2 and some cheap kiddie boots. Did have probs walking back up the cliff as couldn't feel one foot! Got some sexy new wettie boots now tho :D

Eastcoasted it on sunday. Was there sat even and kiped over int he van with a pallie at S. bay
Up at sparrow fart to see the swell was lagging behind a bit so burth up to some northen reefs and decide to give it a miss personally. Sent Raplh in and I filmed. Was shockingly phat for the place, swell was messed up a bit but still a good 6-8ft

Swapped rolls and ralph filmed me in off the rocks at North Bay (south end.
Was stupid of me really, onlyone out, cause tis was ripping somthing cronic but I just had to have the boulders. Was entertaining. but nothing special. Good to get in tho.

I'l be putting together all the footage into a mini vid at some point soon.

session at lifeboats today, small mushy strong offshore making it hellish to paddle and the waves were gutless. And it was cold, and grey, and raining

stuck it about an hour before I got out

Some pics from my Santa Cruz Cali trip. They don't really do it justice. But I was too busy staring with my mouth open to get pics of the biggest set
