Long ago this was one of my favorite body boarding breaks and it became one of my favorite surfing breaks but the rights mostly suck it all about the lefts here. Don't know why these guys are going right and why they aren't at the peak. I had my longest backside tube rides here long ago

The problem wasn't that he was a longboarder, the problem was that he was one one the hundreds of KOOKS that go out at rainbow bay, the guy had no idea and there were probably at least thirty more who would fill that position.
He wasn't even in a position to get through the white water.
Don't blame longboarders blame stupidity.
The guy should have read the wave and understood how to deal with the situation well before.

There's a sales-off on a website, I could get a GoPro like camera, for a reasonable price (here GoPros are quite expensive, specially for a broke guy like me ). My dilemma is I also need a short John (or long, usually shorts are enough here) for winter. And both are basically the same price (there's this possibility of buying the camera in 12x payment, but I never stayed so long paying for something, gives me creeps to pay for something for a whole year!).
Damn, I wanted to have some footage of myself surfing, not even for showing people, but more for learning what I'm doing wrong/right from a different perspective.

Ian I did that fella, I bought a cheap Chinese version of a gopro. It was fantastic..right until it snapped off the front of my board. I guess the strength of plastic they use on the case ain't the best!!

Be warm and safe, if you stay warmer you'll get more surfing in! Is there any other surfer you could ask for tips to improve? Ask around, the good guys are happy to help out I've found.

The video was taking by a bud that had a nice camera. I just bought a Chinese one at Walmart for 65 and it takes ok video but sucks at pictures. What I don't like about a go-pro is the fish-eye lens, unless you mount it on your board you really can't take videos of your buds, tried to in Nicaragua and most of it was useless.
