dumbest thing you've done

id just had an ok 2-4ft sesh at boscombe, and i got some white wash in, i was laying on my longboard happily cruizing in, when the wave reformed, and it made the board pearl, then it broke i flipped over the board flew of infront of me and i was then sitting down in about knee high water with my mate pissin himself

and another i was paddling in for a 2ft wave, when it all walled up, so i sat on the back of my longboard and tryed to get off it, but my noes dropped in and it catapulted me flying into the air, it was pretty cool if you ask me

I'd been for a surf further up than Scarborough and me and my mate were knackered, so we slept in the back of his estate car.

Halfway through the night he started whinging that the moon was in his eyes. He climbs into the drivers seat turns the ignition, pulls away, (meanwhile i'm still sleeping), I hear a god awful noise...yup he ran over my board!!! A nice Peugout 307 SW wheel mark stright across it

We did speak again...but the noise still haunts me! lol!

I am on the east coast of the US. I was out and there was a west wind. I was not catching waves and was getting frustrated. I caught a wave, stood up and it passed me buy. I fell off and whipped my feet from a horizontal to vertical real quick with a leech on. Well combined with the west wind and me snapping my feet down it launched my board(9'0") straight in the air, I stood up and the next thing I knew my board came straight down on my head. Lucky I was not knocked out. I was waiting for gushing blood but lucky it hit my head on the bottom of the board and not the rail, nose or tail. Well no blood just a wicked headache and a compression ding on the bottom of my board.

I learned from that.
