Its called "dude in a tube" or "Dude en la tubo" and its in the Dominican Republic (East Shore) Near to La Romana. from here (the town square) take the highway East until you reach a small town called Pattilias, from here you need to get to the sea down a small obscure dirt track off the main highway (no signpost). Travel about eight miles down this track (it gets extremely bumpy so you need a FWD and dont bother if its been raining). When you come to the end of the track park up where you can, the sea is to your left as you drive to the end of the track, through the bushes. It only kicks off with a winter depression to the north.
