Sat & sun throughout winter. When clock changes I'll be in most evenings aswell (tide & conditions depending!).

yep same here. Need to be able to quit this stupid day job but I have to qualify before I can do that. The thought of that is helping me go without surf at the moment!!

3 kids......demanding job......baseball coach....soccer....twice a week, unless ripping, then I ditch work some.
Time change might add a few sessions.

Once a year, vacation, twice a day for seven days, tropical goodness.
I love vacay.

try getting out once a week and have been fairly religious about it... you'd think i'd be getting better... oh well!

also seems like the swell's usually against me... watch incredible forecasts all week on t'internet then watch it die at the weekend. i'll go out in anything tho... if it'll carry me i'm there! :bang:

more of a moan than an excuse.

Your lifestyle is almost identical to mine....2 kids demanding job, coaching baseball and soccer (4x a week). Live 3 hrs from beach, I'll ditch work 2-3 times when water temps are above 60 F. and if I take a 7 day vacation to a beach destination, 1-2 sessions a day most days of vacation. That's about once every other year. So really I fall into the 5-10 times a year" catagory if there was one.

I would go nuts if I had it that way.

My twice a week is my surf count, even with all the BS. My big dream in life is when my boy wakes me up at five am and says "get up it ripping" Then my surf count will start the other way.

Bub I pity your 3 hour drive as well. Keep the faith. Peace.

As often as possible. Now with the time change, more often! Always surf all weekend, job is now 8:30 to 5:00 so it's glass off time! Used to work from 12:30 until 9:00 p.m., so I surfed in the a.m. Generally get out 3 or 4 times a week, that's days, not sessions.
