5 days of rain in socal

Floods are crazy, great to watch not to be in them...

Authough saying that had word from a friend back in Somerset that he's been out Kitesurfing the floods over the Somerset Levels.. and why not!

that was last year i think but that happens about once a year. it actually didnt flood that 40 days of rain, because the rain was more steady. when it floods like that its because it downpoars like 5-6 inches in like 2 hours. its washed a couple cars away and peels off the road like its nothing. it almost looked like that yesterday morning.

So here's a question, how long do you guys usually wait before getting back out after rain? (those of you that deal with the socal nastys in the water after rain)

72 hours, but still after 72 hours it is still brown as hell. so 4 days for me.

Yeah, I usually dont think about getting out until about 3 or 4 days after.. Often I'll wait until the following weekend.. It raining mon/tues.. I'll end up waiting until Sat and Sun to get in.
